General Comments

I have an American Express Centurion card but over here when I fork it over no one really knows what it is. They say things like "ooh thats heavy" but they dont seem to know what it is. I wouldn't say here that closed doors open but maybe I am also not that great at asking what they do for Centrion card holders or waving it around.

The fact I can have 5 supplementary card holders (Platinum cards) with all the insurance cover that I have is a very cheap way for me to give great insurance benefits to my staff. Despite the 2k euro annual fee there are a number of benefits over and above that of the Platinum card that make it worth while.

I have tried the lifestyle service a few times but found them not to be very good. Last minute tickets to the Berlin Philharmonic were a no go after waiting 4 hours but when I went to the box office I got 2 seats row 9, right in the centre. And no they werent cancellations.

I have to say it could be far better.
