Bad Points

Mis-leading advertising and sales pitch.
Everest need to be told the definition of Bespoke.

General Comments

Everest Kitchens advertise with a glossy brochure stating " Fully bespoke and made-to-order for the specific requirements of you and your home". Nothing could be further from the truth.
Made to order would mean all units pre-made and then fitted.
WRONG
There is nothing bespoke about their kitchens, they are standard size units made to fit on site, usually by adding infil panels.
Their salesperson promises you the earth, but once having signed on the dotted line, all they want is your money.
The fitters they use are all sub-contracted and the standard of workmanship is very poor:
Units cut with circular saws to fit, large infil panels, electrics condemed by EDF, after Everest had issued a safety certificate, four attempts at screeding the floor, no attempt after the first two visits to plaster the walls, the list is endless. This sorry saga went on for eight months.
The final result of a promised "bespoke " kitchen is something that has been thrown together at great expense but is really second rate.
