Lots of eye candy (paint & chrome).
Low center of gravity for manuverabily. Stable at highway speeds.
Easy to customize to your taste.
Best bang for the buck!
Bad Points
Mid mount pegs..puts the weight on your tailbone..buy Baron's footrest/control extension kit...made a huge difference on mine.
Vibration at freeway speeds...though it's not as bad as it breaks in, its still a little buzzy at 65+ mph.
Low valve adjustment intervals.
General Comments
The Yamaha V Star 1100 Custom is a great bike for the price! I've owned Harleys, Hondas, etc..and I have no regrets buying this bike. It will run with the Big Dogs all day long and look good doing it while being practically bulletlproof the whole time.
