It does keep hunger at bay. I can truly say that cravings were significantly reduced if not almost disappeared! I was not hungry at all between the breakfast shake and lunch and the lunch shake and around 4pm.
Bad Points
Total weight loss over two weeks, nil.
General Comments
I used slim fast diet for two weeks plus exercise. I followed the plan exactly as instructed and lost no weight. The first week I replaced the two meals and ate for the third and walked 15 miles in total over the week. I gained one pound after first walk which took 3 days to lose again and then remained the same for the rest of the week. The second week, I gained one pound after the I walked and it took the rest of the week to lose the pound again. So in two weeks, I lost nothing overall.
