General Comments

Last Feb 2009, I helped my daughter to pay her first payment with my debit card,I told the person quite plainly that I am only paying the first payment of this, all other payments will be paid by direct debit from her bank account, the person assured me that they will only use this for the first payment because I have not given permission to do otherwise. a few days later my daughter found a better quote from a better insurance Co, it was almost 70% cheaper, today (15/05/09) at 10;57hrs Endsleigh took £50 from my bank account using my card details that should of been destroyed last Feb. I phoned them to say that this I believe is fraud by deception, they replied by saying that this is pointed out to me by the conditions of the contract on the policy. as far as I'm concerened is the the policy is between my daughter and them , not me, also I did not give them permission to use my card again.all customers; please be aware that they keep your card details to use when ever they want to
