Good Points
The food was good the first week but then started to come out cold and very spice dishs.
The one good thing was the bedroom staff and bar staff very friendly and helpfull.
Bad Points
The staff at the desk where a nightmare .
I had to listen to them moaning about people stealing there boxer shorts from the laundry how the lady's had there dresses stolen for over ten minutres whilst they ignored me.
Whilst on a luxury cruise i would have liked to be in paradise not listening to there problems very unprofessional
General Comments
i paid £3.100 for an out side cabin with an out side area on Grand Princess.
I was told that i would get food and soft drink all inclusive.
When i got on the boat i was charged $139 for two people to have soda refills for the cruise.Tea was charged as was juice.
I was not told that every thing u buy on the boat has to be charge to you cabin card in dollars.
If u pay your card at the end of the cruise in pounds then they charge you boat rate which was £190 MORE to pay then dollars.
We also waited three hours to get a wheel chair on the boat in the beginning which i had requested when booking the holiday.
As for the restaurants that they brag about there is a $20 charge per head to enter 2 of the 4.
They do not tell you this but they also charge you 20% tip on every thing you buy on the boat from a cup of tea to a sickness pill.
There is a form you can request to opt out.
If you do not ask for the form they will not give you one and will charge you as you can imation over two weeks that a lot of tiping.
Any 1 thinking of paying $100's of dollars to go to pomia with them don't both as u can get the train for 9 eurs.

I found this review helpful because...he covered the issue of tipping the extra on top of the drinks, and the credit card payments which I am now aware of.

I found this review not helpful because... everything that you are charged on a cruise ship is shown in the various brochures. Such as, it will state in the brochure that prices do not include tips, or bar drinks (a bar drink is any drink that would come from a bar, including Cokes). Also, any reputable travel agent should have filled a first time cruiser in on the various additional fees.
