Bad Points
Shocking customer service when issues arise with documentation, they have no goodwill and are unwilling to negotiate on admin fees. We needed a signature from our local office.
They offered a goodwill fee of £50 ( standard fee ) despite the fact the change can be done online with DVLA for free

General Comments
Reg Transfers are very happy to sell you a number plate at a competitive price and they process the payment and delivery in a timely fashion

HOWEVER, when you have any issues or changes that occur, there customer service is extremely poor. The day to day business development managers have a fee based mentality, they will do anything for you providing you are prepared to pay there admin fees

I have never been spoken to by any reputable company who is unwilling to forego an admin fee in order to secure customer goodwill, particularly if they have just spent several thousand pounds with them.
