Efficient ordering process, handled a minor change without a glitch.
On the one time I had a problem their tech support was very clued up and the issue was resolved quickly.
Not tied into lengthy contract, one month notice to cancel.
Bad Points
Not the cheapest but their reputation and reliable service negate this.
General Comments
Been with Zen Internet for 3 years for my home isp, only problem in this time was down to the BT adsl service. Zen identified this very quickly but it took 48 hours for BT to admit the problem was at the exchange.
