Good Points

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Total lack of facilities


General Comments

Travelodge, M4 Swansea. Generally run down, very basic room but not cheap. No phone, heated towel rail disconnected, drawer unit boarded up with plywood.
