Good Points

I ordered the free gift and the set of cd's. As it was a special half price offer to join the club I guess the 10% savings will be very useful also the free gifts will be nice, but not sure if you have to buy certain items to get them.

Bad Points

Noticed that the free £10 had not been credited to my account so I got charged the full amount for the cd set. I rang customer services and was told that the website doesn't recognise that you have a voucher so you have to ring customer services and ask them to put it on your account next time you want to buy something:-( I didn't hear this mentioned during the programme. Did have some problems getting through to customer services. Around a 10 minute wait.
Also was very disappointed to find that the online club magazine no longer exists. Now it is just a letters section and projects, most of which you can't do without buying several other items that are needed to complete them. The magazine was a lot more fun.

General Comments

I just rejoined the craft club after a gap of probably a couple of years. I saw the promo on the tv and they were offering you £10 to be put on your account to spend however or whenever you wanted. There were also good offers on free gifts, just pay the postage, and some cd's that are sent every two months for a year. Good offer of £10 the set, less £1 for being a member. So far so good.

I think, on the whole, they do have some very good offers on Create And Craft TV but getting a bit fed up with not seeing any NEW or different crafts. Everything seems, in one way or another, to lead back to cards. What happened to fabric painting, glass painting, foiling on fabric, encaustic art etc?
