Bad Points

A bit lost in Selfridges maze


General Comments

I purchased Aspinal's products in Selfridges. I was in the home Concession on the lower Ground Floor and bought a jewel calf Jewellery Box and a Cabin Bag. I was served by an Italian guy who was very professional and friendly and made my shopping experience very pleasant. I believe it is great value for money (product quality and service) and I will definitely return to that concession (they have two in Selfridges but service is better on lower ground floor)
