Good Points

Fast shipping and timely , friendly customer service.


Bad Points

Price a bit higher than some other advertised stores but extras included and free shipping probably made up for the increased price.


General Comments

Pleasant experience with Beach Camera. My camera arrived in three days after placing my order and in the meanwhile, my question was answered in a timely and informative manner by customer service. I did find the cost of this item considerably higher than most of the other sites I checked out but a few extras were included and there was also free shipping, so that probably mostly made up for the higher price. I have not had a chance as of yet to try out my new camera as I am still familiarizing myself with the manuels. But everything seems to be included as stated and I would recommend Beach Camera to others.
