Friendly staff
Bad Points
Poor staff training, poor standard of cleaning, poor services e.g old car wash/jet wash.
General Comments
The BP Petrol station itself looks outdated, dirty, and the car wash is old, tatty, and broken down...again. The staff are friendly, but some staff lack the training needed to swipe nectar cards, and enter the nectar promotion reward cards that gives extra points meaning the extra points are not credited.
