Bad Points

Yes I took out the loan, but remember BCT extended it to me, they too have a commitment, but you would not think so. Bad points, too many to mention!


General Comments

British Credit Trust is extremely unflexible, their inability to assist when unforseen problems ensue is breathtaking. They assume everyone lies to them and will not listen or compromise, their answer is to take court action at the earliest opportunity. I became unemployed and could not meet full payments. Interest rates were already high, however I offered to pay the best I could until further employment came along, BCT did not want to know.
