General Comments

Expedia is abominable. Not only did they give me the wrong information when I tried to recieve a $268.20 credit I had (causing me to lose this credit) but they put an unauthorized charge through on a credit card I hadn't used for months after I had given them a different credit card number that I wanted to use. They put the charge through on both credit cards (double charging me for my ticket) and then when I called what I managed to understand from the barely intelligible supervisor (his english was terrible) was that not only did they refuse to refund the unauthorized charge but he INSISTED that it was my fault the charge was going through anyways. I am NEVER using this awful site again, and I would suggest everyone to do the same.
