Good online service.
Bad Points
Everything but their on line service. Snobbish or unfriendliness personal bankers that cannot reply to simple questions and try too hard to promote premium accounts.
General Comments
Bad customer service, I came across quite a few employers that there were unable to reply to simple questions. Barclays Bank phone service for instance, it took them over 15 minutes to find out the IBAN number of my account. They claimed that IBAN was sufficient for an international transaction when the swift code was also needed.
