Good Points

I like a drink and the bar staff got a tip every night, well done to them.


Bad Points

Accommodation & half board food, food was on several occasions inedible, no point complaining as their was no Manager to complain to.
Accommodation, a shed at best, just short of a stable is probably nearer the mark.


General Comments

Having been to Craig Tara many times we decided on a change, wish we hadn't, food & accommodation in Scotland was far better, the accommodation in Wales was 1950's at it's best, the bathroom door wouldn't shut, no toilet roll holder, damp smell, I asked at reception for a joiner to fix it six times, it was eventually done the day before we left, the mess left by the joiner for me to clean up, well done to the bar staff, they were superb, the Management team?, non existent, as an ex Pontins Manager myself, I know the accommodation wasn't great, but, even at it's worst in the early 90's when I worked for Pontins, the accommodation was superior to Haven Hafan y Mor, disgraceful.
