I have just bought a B & Q IT kitchen of the shelf had great service by the two staff but we were there 3 hours. We asked them to deliver and we received it when they said but we had one item that wasn't on the original advice note and we were missing one panel which we saw put on the pallet ourselves. Mysteriously they have had to re-order it and we don't know when we will get it. I have read the reviews about the shaker kitchens and that is what we have bought I will let you know how it goes. I hope it lasts longer than 4 years as I have paid over a thousand of hard earned money on my part. Went to many place a got totally fed up so bought on the run. We are having our own kitchen fitter who said B& Q .
