the customer account on thier website is very hard to navigate, poor help and generaly quite rubbish


General Comments

This is a VERY poor service that randomly decides whether you are a customer or not by insisting that your password and/or user name is incorrect but has been fine for the previous hour!
So you may or may not get mail or even be able to send mail.
The Support has never worked on first attempt. Usually it will take them 3-4 phone calls before you might get someone that actually knows what they are doing.
Navigating your account on the Gradwell Dot Com website is a nightmare, it is really badly designed. and you will need to talk to support to get the incompetent staff. Dont get me wrong the staff are all polite and nice but useless.
