Easy to use, simple interface, quick access to do all that is necessary with one's money.

General Comments

I have used HSBC Internet Banking at www.hsbc.co.uk for many years now and have always found it very satisfactory. I can access all of my accounts including instant access savings, current account, credit card, etc.

It is very simple to transfer money between accounts and set up direct debits, standing orders, make payments to friends or family and pay bills. It is also possible to view a large number of past statements there, print them off and download them as well.

I have never had any issues with the HSBC Internet Banking service in terms of accuracy of information or ease of use. The bank account totals always seem to be very up to date as well.
