they take your money out of your account eventhough they have not got your order in stock!!
General Comments
I ordered a mobile phone from Dial a phone a few days ago after searching internet to get the best deal, unfortunately I did not search the reviews for dial a phone before i put my order in.I know now!!The money was taken out of my account immediately but I received two messages so far telling me the delivery date has been changed .I managed to speak to somebody after holding for 15 minutes and was informed taht they have not got this in stock and they don't know when they will get it, so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, it will take 7 working days apparently.Let's wait and see!!
