Bad Points

inaccurate stock info, received no response to questions about order progress by email but was told to call the sales team to discuss another item


General Comments

Used Jacobs Digital online ordering to order 2 hoya filters skylight filters. Received one no problem, was told the other was out of stock and would receive it as soon as it came in. 1 month passed, various emails asking when it was going to be dispatched. No reply other than call the sales team, finally got a phone call to say the item had been deleted and the closest one to it would be another 12.00. Payment was taken, another week passed, still no delivery. Will NEVER use these again EVER!! should have done a company review search before using them. Totally unhappy with them.
