Good Points

The people I spoke with on the phone were polite enough but had to refer the request on.

General Comments

Marbles card transferred from Beneficial in February. Did not activate it but asked for it to be changed to a signature card on 3rd March. They would contact me with response. Two months on I asked again with the same result - they would contact me. Shortly after I got a letter telling me that the interest rate would be increased to more than 38% and that I could cancel if I so wished. No mention of the request to change it to a signature card. Guess what I will be doing. For all the years I have been using credit cards I have never had to pay interest or made a late payment so I guess that makes me a poor customer for them.
