I was looking for an effective way of quitting smoking, tried nicotine gum, cutting down gradually. and nothing worked, I would get very upset and anxious within several hours without a cigarette. But then I saw allen carr's easy way, with so many good reviews, I didn't really believe it, how could a book get me to quit. I think you have to really want to stop smoking first. I read it 2 months and 2 weeks ago and have not smoked since, Once I had read the entire book I did not want to smoke anymore. and 2 months later I still don't want to, and know I never will again.
