Good Points

The web site seemed easy enough to navigate, I'll say that much.


Bad Points

Lack of urgency, no-one taking ownership, no contact telephone number,


General Comments

Absolutely shocking. I ordered a DVD with my Nectar points on 14th March, and I am STILL waiting for it 2 months later, despite them claiming they sent out another copy - needless to say I never received that one either. They have no sense of urgency, no courtesey, my last two emails to them (getting increasingly exasperated) have been ignored.
