Good Points

Generally good in all points, except when a website you've been used to using in a certain way suddenly changes, and you can't find a way in.


Bad Points

When I find a way in to online banking (not about online banking) I'll increase my rating.


General Comments

I've always found the website easy to operate until now - what has changed - how do you get into the NatWest website to pay your bill? This should be made more easy - ah well, I'll have another try!!
