General Comments

I got my new Iphone and thought I would not need to get 02's Insurance as my lloyds account covered it. I only had the phone for 1 month when passing if form my hand to my wife I dropped it. The screen broke not good. I thought that it will be Ok as I can get my insurance to cover it. After filling tons of paper work out then them sending me more paper work to send the phone off to a repair centre. I am still waiting 3 and half weeks later for my phone back. I find them useless on the phone as well and they can't give me a update. I am lost with out my phone as I use it for work. If I get my phone back I will be taking out new insurance ASAP as I can't trust them
