Good Points

When it worked, it was intuitive and easy to use. The pause live TV was great, especially when watching footie.


Bad Points

I cannot believe that any QA was done on this product. It is simply too unreliable for release.


General Comments

I've had two of these BT Vision V Boxes now (they had to replace the first one).

Basically I think it's a terrible product - it's a great concept, but it's just two unreliable and suffers from all the errors listed by other reviewers - freezes / doesn't record / loses recordings / loses channels etc.

I can't be bothered to go through the rigmarole of getting another replacement, so I'll probably just switch to a different broadband provider or a cheaper broadband contract and get a recorder.
