Cheap, but there are others that do offer service and low prices.
Bad Points
You get what you pay for - the RyanAir of car sales. As long as you're firm with them and query everything, you'll be OK, and get good value
General Comments
Bought Focus Titanium for 11,299. Car was as advertised in Motorouint, and in generally good order, but no Sat Nav disks (still waiting for these - will they ever arrive?) and the header tank cap missing, so car not drivable. Also chips on windscreen.
