Bad Points

No option than to use expensive phone numbers when trying to contact them. Poor customer service and lack of interest in their customers.


General Comments

I would like others to avoid the nightmare I experienced when using 1st Central Insurance's 'services'. Rather than using a reputable company I regrettably chose this company which appeared at the top of a comparison search. They took my money quickly enough as all insurance companies do but when I was unfortunate enough to need to claim for an accident they were worse than useless. I don't expect any insurance company to cooperate willingly in the event of a claim but their service is completely unacceptable.
