No maintenance. Very economical to operate. Other than the batteries, very "green".
Bad Points
None really. I understood I was getting an urban type of transportation.
General Comments
I've had the EVT 4000e scooter for 14 months. Other than an issue with the rear tire loosing pressure (which was corrected by the scooter shop), I've had no problems after about 1400 miles. I keep the batteries charged, avoiding running them down too far. I often do a 35 mile round trip, but stop to recharge for an hour or so, to complete the trip keeping the idiot lights within the 3-4 green light indicators. I really couldn't be happier with the unit. It is limited in its range and speed up hills (certainly an issue here in Seattle), but it's great for getting around. The Lithium ion batteries (which weren't available when I purchased) apparently are a step up. GIve a look.
