General Comments

Aristocars = superb! My daughter married on 26th April 2009. Not only was the wedding car absolutely fabulous (stunning and immaculate inside) but the chauffeur saved the day for us. It seemed like a catastrophe when the zip on one of the bridesmaid's dresses broke at the last minute and our timing plan was scuppered. The plan was for the wedding car to do 2 trips and we had dropped our cars at Greenwoods as we were all staying there. We were completely dependent upon Aristocar's driver to get us to Crondon Park. He stayed utterly calm and smiley, despite the delay, he got the bridesmaids there in record time and returned for the bride. He radioed ahead to the venue (in the rush we did not think to inform them), which ensured the registrars did not leave and he reassured my daughter throughout the journey. Not only that, my daughter's stepmother needed assistance to get in and out of the car, having just had an operation, and he was so helpful and caring to her. He was the hero of the day for us - things could have been so much different if he had not been so efficient, kind and caring. Aristocars were utterley professional and the customer service was exceptional. I really don't understand how this company could get a negative review.
