General Comments
I have had nothing but trouble since i stared with tiscali broadband and the customer service is non existent i have been cut off with no warning then left with no way to contact them expect the pay phone which is really expensive as they keep you on hold for at least half an hour then when you do get through to someone you have to repeat yourself as they cannot understand a word you are saying as english isnt there first language.
