Cost £6.99 for nothing.And a real worry considering the sensitive nature of the information they hold.

There were no good points!
General Comments
Signed up with Experian to check my credit rating by taking the 30day free trial.Could not access any credit score or reports so phoned the helpline.They said there was a fault that could be rectified by them making the account void,then i could just sign up again.
Result was no score, no report and the free trial cost me £6.99.
