BAd service, food, uncomfortable cabin temeprature, and dirty bathrooms/


General Comments

We flew from Cairo to JFK with Egypt Air. The cabin temperature was 25 degrees C, and the attendants would not lower it. Wate or soft drinks were served only twice on an 11 hour flight, and attendants NEVER answered my call button. The bathrooms were not clean at the beginning of the flight,with several lacking hand soap. The food was inedible. I was not sure what the first meal served was: breakfast or lunch. The attendants congregated in the kithcen area and hardly ever came out. Will never fly this airline again!
