Very professional at recording the confirmation call that covered their tracks and playing it back to me. Obviously something they are used to.

Bad Points
Abrupt call manner

General Comments
Unclear regarding times. A Brassett Home Appliances Repairstold me it would be a morning call between 7:30 and 9:30 so I booked the dentist for 10:15.

After speaking to my tenant I phoned back to confirm the appointment but stupidly I didn't reconfirm that it was a morning call. Doh!



Anyway, The engineer called me en route and I was in the dentists chair (down the road from my flat). There was no flexibility. They wouldn't juggle any appointments or pick up the keys even though the dentist was down the road.



The business from my london rental properties will not be going their way. I hope they enjoy spending my £74 cause it's the last they'll get from me. I was going to buy a £400 machine from them if the existing one wasn't repairable. I almost hope it isn't so I can buy one from someone else. OK - rant over :-)
