Good Points

While I was waiting at home on the 2'nd day my favourite episode of an old TV show that I haven't seen in ages was on. That was the only positiive part of the whole experience.

The entire experience minus that TV episode.


General Comments

Business Post Ltd are beyond appaling. The company I ordered from charged me £7 for day delivery, using Business Post. I had never had anything delivered from them before so I wasn't expecting anything. After waiting in all day for my package I checked the online tracking service at 5pm to find: "Attemped delivery, no one home, card left" this was put on the system 2 minutes before it was scanned back into the warehouse. I rang up, and the very confused sounding man said he didn't know what was going on, so he flagged it for redelivery, didn't apologise, and hung up. Next day, same thing happened. Rang up, different man, same confusion. Attempt number 3 the next day. Finally it actually turns up, delivered by the same driver who had had it the previous 2 days. He said on the first day he couldn't find the house (my house isn't hard to find, it's on a main street with about 500 other houses and 2 schools) and then the 2'nd day he took an houe out of his deliverys to do an errand for his wife and forgot about the deliveries he missed, trying to laugh it off hoping I wouldn't mind. When I said that he was getting paid to deliver things that belonged to other people and that when I pay for next day delivery I expect it to be there the next day, he insulted me, threw the package on the brick floor outside and walked away. Luckily it was very well packaged and wasn't damaged.
