Customer service a disgrace


General Comments

I have found car phone warehouse a disgrace, customer service is a disgrace. you just can not talk to them in a logical way. I have had two phones from them since 2007 so this is the 3rd year. They now contact me to say when i tookthe 2nd years contract out as a renew I am owing them £300 because they put a extra £300 on one of the phones. They have admitted it is their fault but say I stil have to pay. This to me is a joke and not a funny one. as this been done to anyone else out there.
