Everything about the experience......disgusting staff, uncomfortable planes, loss of baggage...I could go on for days...


General Comments

First off, I'd like to start with how horrible and incompetent ALL the staff of United Airlines are. I have never been treated with such disrespect by the in flight crew members and ground staff members. They should not be able to operate and fly planes. They lost our luggage (shocking) and had the nerve to tell me to relax. When they said they would have our bags to us that same day, they gave us a window between 3pm and 9pm...how do they think they are, the cable company?? They finally decide to grace us with their presence and our luggage at midnight. How courteous? I will NEVER fly with them again and definitely not recommend them to anyone.
