Good Points

Very helpful; i knew exactly what i was getting and who from
Saved me lots of money
Recieved a follow up call to make sure everything was OK
Customer services answer calls quickly


Bad Points

Called at an inappropriate time
Have to wait 3 months for cash back.


General Comments

I had a phone call from the Mobile Phone Company in March 2009. I was on orange at the time on a really old tarriff of 200minutes for £30. My bills were £60 or so.

The person on the phone said they wanted to help me reduce my bills because of the credit crunch. He explained he wanted to move me to 3 because thats where the biggest savings were; he then picked me out a package for £21. In the end i got an 18 month contract from 3 for £21 with 700minutes or texts with a nokia 6600 slide for freeand £50 cash back. It all arrived the next day too! I can also use skype on my phone for free so i can call alot of my friends and family without using any minutes or any call charges! I even call my friend in Canada using it for absolutley free off the mobile!

Now my bills are just £21, i got a great contract and saved loads of money!

looks like they have changed and are now alot better than the people mentioned above! Just make sure you are clear that they will move you to 3, but suprisingly i get better coverage than i did on orange now!
