Web site sucks! I crashed in the middle in the process. Then I called them on the phone and my son first name was entered wrong. Still not solved, passed two day. I was forced to prove identity of my son by faxing copy of his passport and World perks card (numbers were entered correct).I tried to cancel the ticket, possible but with charge of 200$ per ticket. Less then 24 hr from purchasing!!!! Customer service did not help me at all. I asked for supervisor they hang up on me. This time I will go with Air France and never again 'God bless US companies '
