Lots - No contact unless they were after a payment. Said that they had tried numerous times to contact me when they hadn't, didn't even send me an email despite having my email address. Poor service all round.
General Comments
Good looking website with what I thought were good prices. Ordered my product. iMusician contacted me to advise of a problem with my card details. Got that sorted over the phone and was advised that they would sent my guitar out that day. After waiting for 5 days, rang them to find out where it was only to be told they wouldn't sent the guitar until I had paid a further £50. They then advised that the price had been wrong on the website - despite taking money for the thing 3 times and not spotting the error!!!!
