Bad Points

tops and coats fall apart, customer service isn't good as they are slow to give you your money back.


General Comments

I like Jane Norman clothes but i find that some of their items don't wash or wear very well. Their jeans are nice and fit well so i tend to purchase these, but their tops aren't made very well, i just paid £30 for a top that after one wash was ruined. At xmas I bought a £90 belted coat that came apart at the buttons and the belt came off after wearing it once. I recently purchased a few things online but returned 70% of the items by post and they have still yet to refund me and it's been nearly a month. i now have to keep chasing them down for my money back, i won't be shopping here anymore and will look more at river island and new look.
