I have owned the 8500 for about 1 1/2 years. my service is through Sprint. I have yet to drop a call, people hear me very clearly and the only time I took it in the Sprint store was to update. This has been the best phone I have owned.

I have owned the Samsung 8500 phone for about 1 1/2 years. My service is through Sprint. I have yet to drop a call, people hear me very clearly and the only time I took it in the Sprint store was to update. This has been the best phone I have owned. For the value and style is great. It is a shame that they discontinued this phone but I hear that an upgrade of this phone is coming soon.
