Bad Points
Make promises they can't keep or deliver, take extra money that they aren't supposed to possibly leaving you owing the bank money, call centre in India and generally a very bad service. So I would only give 2 out of 10 for the aol service, would not recommend to anyone.
General Comments
The aol broadband is good if you can connect to the internet, if you have problems with their service you will find that they pass the buck to your phone line provider which is actually an aol problem, the other problem is that their call centre is over in India. I haven't been able to connect to aol broadband since Feb 2009 after numerous phone calls I finally was able to get on line in May 2009, Bt came out about 8 times and said it was an aol problem, so after all this I am looking to change internet providers regardless of my contract with aol, so come on aol pull your fingers out and give the service you promised.
