very rude on phone, very rude in person and don't wait to talk just jump in.


General Comments

British Credit Trust are the worst finance company i have been with got my car on 14th april 2007 and went of work mentally unstable on th 18th march 2008. Had that life, disability and unemployment insurance policy when first signed the agreement cause they said if ever off work ill you would get the car paid for 12 months, claimed it got a letter saying it was being paid 2 week ago on the 20th april got another letter saying we were 14 months behind on payments and then on the 6th may said they were taking the car no appariation at all. Didn't even give us chance to sort it out. Had £2000 transfering into account to pay them. no good now. Taking them to court to sue.
