Good Points

Absolutely brilliant network provider! Good value and good customer service.


Bad Points

Some people may decide to opt for another network purely because this is Tesco, but the label doesn't concern me and so I can honestly say there are no bad points (from my experience).


General Comments

Well put it this way, i've been with Tesco Mobile for 5/6 years now and it continues to get better. They have now introduced a package on pay and go where they triple your credit if you top up monthly. I top up £15/month and in turn receive £30, this gives me £45 credit to use in 1 month! Brilliant idea.

I have never had a problem with signal coverage and in the past 4years i have never had to contact customer service as I haven't encountered any network problems!

You also get half price calls and texts to 5 favourite numbers (I am aware that some other networks don't charge for texts but who would complain seeing as they triple your credit!)

Oh final point....should you own a clubcard, you can earn points when you top up if you connect the sim card/number to the clubcard. This is easily done with a simple phone call which connects you to an automated system.
