Staff on the phone were helpful and polite

Claims not reviewed based on factual information or merit. Take your case further if it legitimate and you will get your money back.


General Comments

Do not touch Tesco Travel Insurance. You will not be able to make a claim. Had a completely ligitimate case but they refused to pay based upon interpretation of words in the contract. I will definately get my money back from small claims court as we have such a strong case. It seems like they refuse almost all claims and make the consumer take further action either via FSO or small claims court. This reduces the amount they have to pay out as most people, once their claim is rejected, will not take their case further. You have been warned.
