General Comments

I am practically lost for words... I have had my HSBC credit card for about 8 years or so - I opened the account with a 14.9% APR (which was pretty high back then). My main credit card purchases were with Captial One APR 6.9%.

About four months ago they hiked my 14.9% APR to - can you beleive it - to 24.9%!!!! Outrageous. And I have just found out today - without any warning from them - that yet again its been upped to 27.9% APR!!!

This is crazy. I just cant see how they have the power to increase the APR by 13% when I have been such a long standing customer. During this time I had even totally cleared the balance off once.

I am so cross with them - so so cross. I just cant see how they can get away with such (in my eyes) behaviour.
