food was good ,every sitting,a choice of salad bar, and also omelettes made to nice,enjoyed all three sittings,entertainment was good there was somthing going in three place choices,dancing,quiz,bingo,last night when staff entertained unrehearsed, was very funny,if did not live so far away(took ten hours on coach) would return to you. well done !!
Bad Points
in the room was unable to turn off radiator, very hot being ground floor not able to have window open,did report someone came said it was sorted,but it hadn't,got nearer to end of week so just put up with it,trying to fina table where us four could sit together,not easy just had to keep walking around,not much consideration from others,you would have two people sitting o a four table,put two tables together got told off by staff not allowed blocked aisle,which it didn't we were aware not to block aisles,so it really meant find a table before you got food.
General Comments
we arrived at Pontins, Blackpool, quickly able to get to apartment,staff very helpful. our room was clean,tea nad coffee available, maybe beds could have been a bit wider single was like a 2ft 6ins, maybe ok for a child.
